"A Dozen Wildcats" Signing For
College Futures

Wednesday will be the official signing day for high school athletes, as they make their college wishes known and sign with their intended schools. A ceremony will unfold in the Sulphur Springs High School Fieldhouse Wildcat Room, at 10:00, where family and friends will witness the ceremonious occasion. "These twelve athletes mark one of the largest groups to sign, ever, from SSHS," remarked SSHS Athletic Director Greg Owens. "And, they represent some outstanding talent and character, that will be leaving our program. They've set the bar high for future athletes in Sulphur Springs and we'll be hearing major things from these guys as they move to the next level!"

The "dozen" athletes represented on Wednesday will be:

Colton Lee, Southern Arkansas University

 

Shane McQueen, Stephen F. Austin State University

 

 

Keiston Clayton, Southeast Oklahoma University

 

Garrett Ferguson, University of Mississippi (Track)

 

Colby Suggs, University of Arkansas (Baseball)

 

LeMarcus Kendricks, Southern Arkansas University

 

 

Triston Crook, Henderson State University

 

Tyler Higginbotham, Southern Arkansas University

 

Mason Y'Barbo, The University of North Texas
