Seniors Ty Davis and Shayna Garrett Named
2012 Yantis High Homecoming King & Queen

It was Yantis High School Seniors, Ty Davis and Shayna Garrett, that were chosen by the student body to represent them as the 2012 Yantis High School Homecoming King and Queen, on Friday night, before a large crowd of students and former students. The King and Queen Coronation was conducted at 6:30 p.m., between the girls and boys basketball games that featured the Yantis Lady Owls vs Campbell, and the Yantis Owls vs Saltillo. The Owls and Lady Owls were unsuccessful in winning their basketball games, but everyone was excited about the annual Homecoming Dance, that was held following the last game, in the High School Cafeteria.
